Orion Magic Productions have customer insurance attached to them. If you would like to return your item:
Make sure the safety tape is not opened.
Contact customer support and we will make everything easy for you. 
If your order came damaged, we will send you a new one as long as you can provide pictures and send us the damaged item. Contact customer support and we’ll take it from there.

Medusa Insurance
In order for the Medusa insurance to be activated you will need to provide a photograph of your broken item.
